Join us on the unspoiled island of Amorgos, Greece for our fifth year to dive deeply into yoga, meditation, and Greek culture at the beautiful Aegialis Hotel and Spa. We are thrilled to be guest teachers once again on this amazing retreat with Sheila Ewers of Seek Yoga & Travel.

Soak up the sun, unplug from your hectic daily life, and reconnect to your heart as you participate in daily yoga classes, swim in the crystal clear blue water of the Aegean Sea, hike the incredible hills of Amorgos, explore the island on ATV's, dine on fresh wholesome food, relax by the pool, spoil yourself with a massage, and make new friends.
